Feel the flow every Sunday morning at our Yoga Flow class with Jessica at 11am in the taproom. This upbeat class is open to all individuals and levels with a focus on balance, strength, and mindfulness. Each class is $10 and includes a pint for after.
To make sure social distancing is maintained, we will have limited space available (max 25 people) in each class, so sign up at bit.ly/wilmyoga to reserve your spot. Walk-ups are welcome if space allows though. Mats will be spread 6 feet apart, and masks covering your nose and mouth will be required to ensure safety for all.
Payment can be done in person (exact change) or via Venmo to Jessica.
