SOUR RED ALE
Sour red ale fermented in freshly dumped white wine barrels with brettanomyces for 4 months and then an additional 10 months with a mixed bacteria culture. More sour than funky, darker in color and not hoppy. This beer was fermented in total for more than 18 months.
