W/ PASSION FRUIT & GUAVA
Sour Weisse fermented in white wine barrels for 10 months with Brettanomyces and mixed bacteria culture, then dry-hopped with Mosaic and El Dorado. More sour than funky, lighter in color and hoppy. This beer was fermented for 6 months.
