- Dissolved Oxygen (DO) – Less than 100 PPB Packaged
- Multiple pack formats available: Paktech, cartons, loose, etc.
- We work with both pay per fill (PPF) and customers’ kegs – 1/2bbl and 1/6bbl

Production
- 30 BBL – 4 vessel brewhouse (steam jacketed mash mixer, lauter tun, kettle, whirlpool)
- 90bbl fermenters. Ability to produce 60 or 90bbl batches
- Filtration – centrifuge
- Carbonation – up to 2.85 volumes in package

Warehousing
- Availability and Capacity: Sufficient dry and cold storage to fulfill contract Extended warehousing, picking, packing and logistics management (directly to wholesalers, taprooms, etc.) available for additional fee

- Product specs: ABV (if applicable), desired clarity, target carbonation, any concerning microbes as well as any other information related to product integrity/stability and quality
- Ingredients list including suppliers, spec sheets, batch tracking and allergen statements
- Processing steps and requirements
- Pack formats
- Annual demand expectations (monthly) including peak monthly demand (seasonality)
- Traceability requirements (coding format and where to apply)
- Storage requirements (raw and finished goods)
