Whether you’re throwing a company retreat, a holiday bash, an intimate hangout, or looking for a space to bring the local crew together, our taproom is built for good times, great company, and zero pretension. We’ve got the bar fully covered for everyone in your crew, from our award-winning craft beers to cocktails, wine, cider, non-alcoholic options, and our very own Happy Medium THC Seltzers. Plus, there’s plenty of room under the roof for whatever you’re planning. Let’s make it memorable!

Table Reservation Pricing

  • Per table $35/hr (Up to 4 hours)

Back Taproom Portion & Game Area Rental Pricing

  • Weekdays (M-Th): $100/hr
  • Weekends (F-Su): $150/hr
  • Optional Private Bartender Add-On Available

  • Decorations: Allowed, but no confetti or tape on murals to maintain the venue’s condition.
  • Outside Beverages Prohibited; guests must purchase drinks from the venue.
  • Non-Alcoholic Drinks: A variety of non-alcoholic drinks are available for purchase at the venue.
  • Kitchen Facilities: No kitchen on-site, so no ice or prep area is available at this time.
  • Catering: Catering is allowed, but your event coordinator is responsible for coordinating with your chosen vendor.
  • Silverware: Not provided on-site.
  • Audio Hook-Up: Potential for an audio hookup, and a speaker/microphone is available.
  • Projector: A projector is available, but audio for the projector is not provided.
  • Table Size: Large tables seat 6-8 people each.
  • Special Requests: Guests can inquire about specific needs/wants, such as champagne bottles, liquor brands, or specific wine types. Requests may be able to be accommodated with advance notice.

“Hi-Wire is the best spot in Charlotte for corporate gatherings (or any gathering)! We had our B2B sales organization come together from North and South Carolina for a two-day conference and needed a convenient spot to fit all of us for an after-hours event. The event space was large enough for our 50+ people group and they customized the designated space for our needs. We were able to cater in our own food, which allowed us to pick what was most suitable for our group. The beer is always fantastic, from the flagships to the rotating taps and now they have a full bar as well  (so everyone is happy). Additionally, the variety of games and activities kept the event fun for everyone versus simply gathering around tables like we would have had to most other places.
