ABOUT THE SOUTH SLOPE TAPROOM
Hi-Wire Brewing’s journey began in the summer of 2013 at our 2,700 sq. ft. South Slope Brewery in the heart of Asheville’s South Slope Brewery District. Located just up the road from both our Biltmore Village Production Brewery & Taproom and our RAD Beer Garden, the original Hi-Wire brewhouse is now dedicated to brewing award-winning sour and wild ales, one-off small batch beers, and taproom exclusives. It’s also home to Hi-Wire’s The Tiki Easy Bar, a speakeasy tiki cocktail bar located at the back of the brewery — but, shhh, it’s a secret!

You can reserve a table or area of the taproom for your group any day of the week, when available. Reservations are not required, but if you’re rolling with a large party, reserving a table guarantees you have all the space you need.
Food Options
Now serving Gleezy Hot Dogs: double-smoked beef brisket hot dogs. Go for a Basic Dog or get fancy with a classic Carolina Dog or a bangin’ Japanese Terimayo Dog. Order at the taproom bar and eat in the taproom or inside The Tiki Easy Bar.
With price points under $10, there’s something for everyone. Veggie dog option, too.
